Not all my vendors use SourceDay, so for right now, it is just one more site I have to log into for some of the same information I have already received via email. Streamlined orders for high-volume stock ordering. When suppliers are fully onboard and provide accurate and timely updates it is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of our ordering is tied to job or orders. If a job changes or we need to ship from stock instead of buying to order, making changes is cumbersome. We cannot simply unlink the order from a Sales Order or job. We have to request in comments or email the vendor to cancel the line (We cannot). Once canceled we put up another line to go through the process again. Also, if a supplier is not responsive and a PO is late, we need to send them a message through SD or an email asking them to provide an accurate date. If we change Epicor to signal that the material will not arrive in time for shop planning or to meet a delivery date requirement a message is sent to the supplier about the new date.
