I like the fact that you can update your po's and make changes direct on Source Day and it will update back in our system once the vendor has approved changes. I don't like the fact that not all our vendors are on Source day but you can see their orders under the Non source day uses, so that is at least a plus. The problems we are solving is we are getting feedback and acknowledgments more quickly than we were when we were getting emails with hard copies that we had to manually input to up date our orders. SourceDay's customer service is the best I have worked with in procurement support software. The training team is able to on board our vendors quickly and with little disruption to our buyers normal activities .
