You also have all your notes in one place that you and the vendor can reference at any time. **What do you dislike about SourceDay Platform?** I don't like the fact that not all our vendors are on Source day but you can see their orders under the Non source day uses, so that is at least a plus. I also wish the reports would work with non source day users as well it would help at least in our system due to Source Day reports being so organized. **What problems is SourceDay Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems we are solving is we are getting feedback and acknowledgments more quickly than we were when we were getting emails with hard copies that we had to manually input to up date our orders. It has eliminated emails going back and forth as well. ### 4. The training team is able to on board our vendors quickly and with little disruption to our buyers normal activities . SourceDay has reduced email traffic by 40% and reduces the opportunity of operator error but importing data directly into our ERP system. **What do you dislike about SourceDay Platform?** My biggest complaint about SourceDay is the fact that we were not using them sooner. This service has giving me back time into a very busy schedule. **Recommendations to others considering SourceDay Platform:** Take the time to listen to their presentation, it is worth your time. **What problems is SourceDay Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** SourceDay has reduced email traffic by 40% and reduces the opportunity of operator error but importing data directly into our ERP system. ### 8.
