Additionally once our team started to grow and we needed to move to an enterprise plan, the Account Exec I worked with was great at getting to know the type of work our team does and what we need from Soundstripe to help us keep creating and growing. **What do you dislike about Soundstripe?** Honestly the only issue I've had is that when navigating through the pre-curated playlist sections, hitting the back button in my web browser takes me to the top of the page again instead of the category of playlists I was browsing, but that's me being nitpicky at best. They offer options for picking 1, 2, or all 3 options. The music choices are decent and not very "corporate" like. The sound effects options are decent and fairly extensive. If you're looking for video clips, they offer enough clips without overwhelming you with too many choices. Pricing is manageable for businesses as well! **What do you dislike about Soundstripe?** The music is more geared towards churches / faith based programs. There are a lot of upbeat, happy, and inspirational choices. While this is nice to have, it doesn't fit all of my media needs. The sound effects section could be better organized and the video clips of stock footage are fairly standard. While I like the affordability of the subscription options, I am skeptical of the subscriptions. Like Motion Array, if you quit your subscription, you no longer have the right to use what has been licensed in the past. **Recommendations to others considering Soundstripe:** If your in the faith based / churches industry, this subscription is best suited towards your audio and visual needs. The monthly subscription price is the best compared to other sites. Be prepared to sift through some sfx options. **What problems is Soundstripe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding music, stock footage, and sound effects in one website! It helps me save time in my searches when I need all 3 for a project. PremiumBeat does not offer this. Audiio offers music and sfx, but no stock footage. Pond5 and MotionArray have all 3 options, and they are pricier. Soundstripe is overall, a happy medium between all licensing options. ### 11. Not only is the library so large, but it is one of the only libraries that has a large amount of new music being added daily. **What do you dislike about Soundstripe?** The thing I dislike the most about Soundstripe is although they have such a large library of music not everything is usable. This is probably mostly an opinion, but I am curious if there is a vetting process for the music that goes on that site. **Recommendations to others considering Soundstripe:** Just pull the trigger and get the subscription. For the price, this is the best software out there. It is well worth the money. If you are a potential user that is interested in sound effects you should know that I usually need to edit them down and take chunks of each instead of using the full clip. The creators always seem to add a little extra on the beginning or end of them that seems like a little bit of creative privilege that, in my opinion, does not need to be added. Also, there are unlimited downloads with this service so do not be shy about getting as much bang for your buck as you can. I keep a folder within Soundstripe and on my desktop with the music that I use. **What problems is Soundstripe solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving the problem of being able to find music that I need for various videos that I create to be posted online. I have never gotten a video taken down for music reasons since switching to Soundstripe. ### 12. So I end up having to clip the piece anyway to get the better or more definite end. **Recommendations to others considering Soundstripe:** If you want a wide variety, new music added frequently, and the ability to match keys of different songs, then Soundstripe will be a great asset to you. Searching and filtering based on the energy of songs, duration, vocals, and non-vocals, is all so easy on Soundstripe. I find music faster than I have been able to with other services. **What problems is Soundstripe solving and how is that benefiting you?** My youtube videos don't get flagged and streaming goes uninterrupted. Finding music for videos is exponentially faster with all the ways to filter searches. ### 14. I found it very useful when editing videos geared towards a younger social media audience. If you're a TikTok editor, SoundStripe is a great resource for good music if you're not using built in TikTok sounds. The search function worked well, and there were many different genres and feels I could select from to narrow down options and find music that was the right fit. **What do you dislike about Soundstripe?** I tired out the video footage services they recently added and was not impressed with the selection and quality. I would stick with SoundStripe for music tracks but look elsewhere if you need stock video footage. **Recommendations to others considering Soundstripe:** You can often find discount codes to save a bit on your first month of subscription. **What problems is Soundstripe solving and how is that benefiting you?** SoundStripe's subscription model is a much better value than buying music tracks individually, and I found quality a selection to be similar to the expensive sites that sell tracks one by one. Being able to quickly audition tracks and throw them onto client projects is easy with SoundStripe. They also keep all the licensing info convenient to access if needed to send to a client. ### 15. It's inexpensive while still offering high-quality tracks and an extensive library with good variety. I felt there was enough tracks available that I could tell clients confidently I would be able to find them something with their desired feel. When I had to talk to support, they were very helpful and resolved my issues quickly via the chat function. **What do you dislike about Soundstripe?** There are two problems I had. One, the track variations were very poor. Each song selection on Soundstripe offers a full version as well as various shorter or varied versions. Being able to grab a 30 second or 1 minute cut of a song is excellent for editing commercials or social media videos that typically have a set, repeatable length. Unfortunately, these shortened versions were always just random sections of the composition cut with no regard for the musical piece's arrangement. The better option was always to download the full track and edit it myself, which is time-consuming. If Soundstripe offered actual 1 minute or 30 second versions of each track I think it would be a huge feature for the service. My other issue was that sometimes the tracks would bring up a copyright notice on TikTok or YouTube. I thought the whole point of these music services was that you would still be able to monetize the videos, and you would not need to deal with this?! At the time, Soundstripe had a solution for still being able to monetize on YouTube, but I got left with a muted video on TikTok. **What problems is Soundstripe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Soundstripe was a good solution for video editors needing music at an affordable rate. I much preferred Soundstripe's subscription model to other platforms that charge for each music track individually. ### 16.
