After reviewing the software and hearing good things we decided to purchase the software. We agreed to pay over $27k to manage over 100 devices for 3 years. However, when I directed the sales person to make sure the master Admin credentials are send directly to me they instead send the credentials to a 3rd party, a person not even employed with the company.
