Sosto Labs Captive Portal is a cloud-based Guest Wi-Fi management platform designed specifically for Ubiquiti UniFi networks. It enables businesses, IT providers, MSPs and resellers to create and manage professional captive portals across multiple sites and customers from a centralized platform. The solution supports multiple guest authentication methods, including email verification with OTP, vouchers and sponsor approval, while providing flexible access policies, customizable branding, bandwidth limits and post-login redirects. Built-in marketing consent management helps organizations collect guest contact information in compliance with privacy requirements, with integrations such as Mailchimp for synchronizing authorized marketing contacts. Sosto Labs Captive Portal also provides guest activity and usage statistics, multi-site management, reseller features, API and webhook integrations, and centralized monitoring of connected UniFi environments. Designed to integrate directly with the UniFi ecosystem, the platform does not require RADIUS infrastructure or additional on-site appliances, making deployment and ongoing management straightforward for both individual organizations and IT service providers.
