It allows for more employee engagement with the safety program, and I really like its incident and observation reporting tools. It's great for keeping all my SDSs, accessing training records, and putting in training content. The ability to have training content provided for me is also a big plus. The incident and observation reporting tools are invaluable; they let employees log on via their phone or an iPad to immediately report incidents or safety observations and provide photos. The feedback from employees and their ability to share concerns and observations is absolutely worth the cost. Being able to turn observations into real-time data gives me a better understanding of what's happening at my site. The training management system is top-notch. I can input my own content or, utilize those from their catalogs and manage all credentials, which I can access anytime. Employees also can access their credentials and are notified when a credentials is about to expire. The initial setup was smooth and seamless. The Sospes team was there at every step of the way including a site visit for training to both the employees and management. **What do you dislike about Sospes Safety Management Software?** I haven't really run into any major issues with Sospes Safety Management Software, just minor glitches that are immediately resolved by the admin team. They are very responsive and quickly handle any situation. Their service is really unbeatable! In terms of improvements, within the document section, it would be helpful if they had folders for each document group. For example, separate folders for JHA's or program policies. I have mentioned this to the team and they are looking into it. **What problems is Sospes Safety Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Sospes Safety Management Software to keep my entire EHS program in one easy to access location, enhancing employee engagement and providing invaluable incident reporting and observation features. I appreciate having the premade dashboards and also the data exports for super-custom dashboards, which provide access to all of our data. I also like the supervisor portal; that's where the real work happens. When observations are submitted, as a safety manager, I use the supervisor portal to see what was submitted. The SOSPES IT team has been really good about listening and making changes accordingly when they can. **What do you dislike about Sospes Safety Management Software?** I find the user interface could use some work, though the Sospes IT team is responsive to feedback. It would also be great if communication could happen with whoever submitted the observation in the same space, instead of having to write an email for actionable followup. A messaging system would be preferable to just having the notes sections or tasks, to keep things from getting lost in emails and ensure everything is trackable within Sospes itself. Additionally, having a safety monitoring feature or a panic button feature would be useful, so if someone does not check in at a predetermined cadence, Sospes could auto-escalate to a manager or security. Also, it would be beneficial if Sospes could handle safety audits to make it an all-in-one solution. **What problems is Sospes Safety Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Sospes Safety Management Software to track observations, incidents, and manage data in one place, allowing me to review hazards and indicators effectively. ### 3.
