SoSafe uses examples and visuals to help you understand situations. They are narrated and/or you can read what is being narrated, if you prefer. You can keep retaking tests if you fail and even go back and review the content. Sometimes it's repetitive, which always helps in remembering information. I haven't noticed anything that is dishelpful. Sometimes certain things become almost redundant and I feel like the similar topics get jumbled together, but that is probably just my brain. If I could change anything, it would be that sometimes I know I've missed a test question and just want to retake the test, but I have to go back through the material. SoSafe is a very complete software that any technology company should use, it has a wonderful risk management and cybersecurity system to keep your data and system safe.
Among its products, it offers the Human Risk OS, which allows to asses and manage risks related to the behavior of our users, this function is our favorite because its also includes learning modules to educate employees on good security practices and thus reduce the risk of violations in the organization. Complexity for newcomers – Some users find the many features and settings overwhelming at first, especially if they have little experience in the field of IT security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that there is a mix of videos, pictures and text, with some interactivity in between. The quizzes help me assure that what I learned is established. The gamification of the application, earning badges and leveling up every time I complete modules improves the moral. I no longer dread the mandatory security compliance courses, they are now some time to learn and have a good time.
It is very easy to use, I receive an email notifying me on new courses, and I can jump straight into them, track my progress and stop at anytime. In my case, I receive these courses more or less every 2 months, so I am not overwhelmed having to do everything at once: instead, I invest some time from time to time and then I can forget until the next notification email.

Gamification might not be for everyone, and the "cartoony" style of some lessons might be downputting for some people, but the majority of my colleagues enjoy it a lot.
