The whole process was superb. Beginning with the onboarding process to regular operation was absolute Top performance. It's absolutly easy to implement as there are instructions for every usage. The e-Learning Modules are the best from all providers in my opinion. They are easy to understand but still covering all the important informations. It's ease of use and offers a wide range of knowlege on subjects. The frequency of use is perfect for not being overwhelming while providing easy implementation and integration across all subjects. I haven't needed customer support but I can only imagine it's great considering the rest of the product. It has taught me a great deal about things I thought I knew and things I had no idea about. The quality of each modules, with voice overs, situations and personas, all of it is paired up with a test is a must.
The gamification of the whole process is very well made.
They also send fake fishing e-mails to keep us on guard and have been releasing more modules in the last year.
