I LOVE being able to forward suspicious emails and receiving immediate feedback! So easy. I use this feature regularly. The training modules are due at regular intervals. I appreciate the deadlines and reminders. The modules are educational and eye-opening, also drawing my attention to "obvious" (but crucial) aspects that are easy to skip in the everyday hustle and bustle. Another point is the adaptability to current needs, whether it's the choice of modules, deadlines and processes, own learning content, or email templates.
