It also offers insight on the overall company's progress which helps one understand how compliant is everyone being with taking this training. The training has easy implentation and was good to run right from the get go. Customer support was not needed but it was good to know that customer support was available. I have used this training frequently (1-2 times a month) as it's part of my training compliance goals. The number of features allowed the overall training experience to be engaging and rewarding. Ease of integration was smooth as this training was provided to me as part of the new hire training. **What do you dislike about SoSafe?** The date format that is used is the European format (dd.mm.yyyy). It would be preferred if this was spelled out or written in a way that shows an abbreviation for month, and then the date in numeric format (12 Jul, 2023 for example). As a new employee, I personally struggled with this, as I had to complete a lot of training and ensure that I was on top of all training that was due. Seeing a due date of 01.10.2023 made me unsure if the training was due on Oct 1 or on 10 Jan. **What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping us employees be more aware of phising scams, and overall IT vulnerabilities that we face in a world where a lot of business gets done online, and often with overseas partners. ### 31. Very trivial but also prevents potential huge losses and trespassing of sensitive data. For instance teaching us not to open spam and accidentally install malware, not to use business laptops at home without encryption, never to leave sensitive documents in a trashbin or unlocked screens, and even not to make business phone calls in public. After over a year of regular training with SoSafe, my impression is that common methods of phishing and physical data theft would be immediately recognized in our company and would therefore be unsuccessful.
