The whole process was superb. Beginning with the onboarding process to regular operation was absolute Top performance. It's absolutly easy to implement as there are instructions for every usage. The e-Learning Modules are the best from all providers in my opinion. They are easy to understand but still covering all the important informations. SoSafe is quite easy to use and engaging. I love the story-telling approach SoSafe uses to get its message across. But its not just the story-telling, its lessons are also interactive ensuring active participation through the use of prompts which ensure the message is learnt effectively. What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you? with the traning i have gotten from SoSafe, it has become super easy to spot phishing emails, especially with the phishing simulations that give tons of practice. I am super aware of the many opportunities that hackers and fraudsters exploit to scam and so i am a lot more deliberate in in the way I handle information making sure i do not give such opportunities. It's ease of use and offers a wide range of knowlege on subjects. The frequency of use is perfect for not being overwhelming while providing easy implementation and integration across all subjects. I haven't needed customer support but I can only imagine it's great considering the rest of the product. It has taught me a great deal about things I thought I knew and things I had no idea about. SoSafe allows my team to learn more about coputer and systems security, in a fun, light and interractive way. The quality of each modules, with voice overs, situations and personas, all of it is paired up with a test is a must. The gamification of the whole process is very well made. They also send fake fishing e-mails to keep us on guard and have been releasing more modules in the last year.
