Sorting Hat is one AI native platform in place of your ATS, CRM, sourcing, scheduling, and screening stack. AI sources from your own database, runs screening calls and writes notes onto the record. We migrate you off Bullhorn or Ceipal without losing a single comment. We built an assistant for your recruiters that takes care of all repetitive tasks so you can focus on what matters.
