There wasn't a single thing I disliked; for the issues I raised, I spoke with my SorsX customer representative, and they improved and integrated them into the application for me. Now we get tasks like resume gathering, evaluation, and video interviews done within a few hours. What I like most is that I no longer have to chase candidates or ask when they can come in. The only thing I would like to see added is onboarding functionality. Having tools to help train and guide new hires after they’re hired would make the platform even stronger.
