**What do you like best about SOPTracker?**

SOPTracker ensures that all employees receive instructions, handouts, and training programs relevant to their roles on a regular basis, making it a great tool for training and learning best practices. I am grateful for all the methods SOPTracker has provided us with so that we have a standardized system of procedures that enables us to complete tasks more efficiently and helps to reduce errors to a large extent, which has resulted in an improvement in quality control. It is also remarkable how management can evaluate employees transparently, and it provides high flexibility to coordinate relationships between different departments.

**What do you dislike about SOPTracker?**

SOPTracker is flexible, easy to use, fun for employees, and customizable enough to get all the necessary information to them quickly. I haven't encountered any difficulties since we started using it.

**What problems is SOPTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOPTracker helped us increase compliance among employees with company policies, helped ensure continuity of learning, and contributed to improving communication between senior management and employees. In addition, the evaluation procedures became more transparent.

**What do you like best about SOPTracker?**

I believe what SOPTracker does best is the groups feature, as teams can get assigned particular tasks, and you will be able to see every member's progress. 

Also, their reporting is so easy and very informative!

**What do you dislike about SOPTracker?**

The support takes a long time to respond.

**What problems is SOPTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOPTracker made it easy for employees to submit reports on their compliance/work, increasing organization and overall efficiency.
