What do you like best about Sophos United Threat Management?

The integration with other products for zero-day threat detection, as well as the easy handling of Firewall logic and its policies, the XDR is excellent and is a fundamental element in daily use to maintain security at a good level. What problems is Sophos United Threat Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Resolve the specific management of a complex network effectively. The support available on the network for the product is quite extensive and makes it easy to find information and quick solutions for both basic and complex queries. This is complemented by the Technical Support provided by the manufacturer and Sophos partners who distribute the product, which helps to resolve doubts and maintain operations. What do you like best about Sophos United Threat Management?

Honnestly Sophos UTM offers a super strong level of protection all around the network and it's a super reliable and low-maintenance devie. We work with Sophos product for about 10 years now and we are always very impressed on how reliable they are, but also very effective to protect our medium sized business. We also use several other products from Sophos, such as Endpoint and Server advanced protection and they are integrate with the UTM. The Sophos "eco system" is as user-friendly as Apple products, but at an entreprise level. I must also mention that while business security devices and application are NOT cheap, Sophos offers some VERY competitive price point and if you combine several products/services, they are always avaible to offer a kind of "group deal". What do you dislike about Sophos United Threat Management?

It's sometime a bit hard to get technical support from Sophos. They are a very great company, but sometime when I have some very in-depth questions, I feel like it's hard to get clear answers. But otherwise nothing to complaint about Sophos! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sophos United Threat Management:

Sophos is supposed to release a completely new generation of appliances in 2018, so after trying it out we will see if Sophos is still in the right direction or if we will choose another appliance manufacturer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We involved Sophos UTM as the foundation of our organization border support and each time we carried out another site we added one of these into the administration devices - it was perfect to have the option to halfway deal with these from one control center and carry out updates and arrangements across the globe.
