MDR allow us to have the vendor look after the alerts etc when we were unavaiable. ### 5. A highly trained team of world-class experts generates and applies threat intelligence to confirm threats, and takes action to remotely disrupt, contain and neutralize threats with speed and precision. **What do you dislike about Sophos MDR?** There is major issues when you need remove it from a machine and it is not listed in Sophos Central. **What problems is Sophos MDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anticipates attacker behavior and identifies new indicators of attack and compromise. Sophos threat hunters proactively hunt for and validate potential threats and incidents, and investigate casual and adjacent events to discover new threats that previously couldn’t be detected Built on Intercept X Advanced with endpoint detection and response (EDR), Sophos MTR fuses machine learning with expert analysis for improved threat hunting and detection, deeper investigation of alerts, and targeted actions to eliminate threats. ### 8. They were able to help with proper project implementation with which we were struggling with **What do you like best about Sophos MDR?** I like the full hands on training that is given to ensure you can use the full capability if the system they offer. No shortcuts, no ripoffs **What do you dislike about Sophos MDR?** I haven’t figured any downsides yet due to limited use but eventually, we’ll see some **What problems is Sophos MDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’m not using it currently anymore but it was for project implementation. None of knew how to organize a proper plan and get it off the ground. That’s where sophos came in with their manage assistance services. It helped to push me and educate me on what to look for in s specific project, market understanding etc ### 9. It is installed in every PC and also used for MAC. **What do you like best about Sophos MDR?** Usability is fine. It's also intuitive so you can find main features easily. It's supposed to be updated periodically. **What do you dislike about Sophos MDR?** Old graphic interface (like an old anti-virus). I am not sure if the protection is complete, considering Internet services / processes. Some compatibility issues when updating in MAC. **Recommendations to others considering Sophos MDR:** Probably I don't use all the capbilities of the Sophos Services to give a complete evaluation. **What problems is Sophos MDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keep safe files on my computer.
