"Versatile Solution with Solid Protection"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sophos Endpoint?

I really appreciate that Sophos Endpoint offers a comprehensive suite of features beyond typical antivirus solutions. Not only does it handle antivirus and encryption checking, but it also provides detailed application control capabilities, which allow us to set specific policies on each device. Additionally, its ability to enforce website controls is invaluable, enabling us to restrict access to certain sites and ensure safe browsing for our users. This multi-faceted functionality sets it apart from other endpoint solutions available in the market. I find its performance to be reliable and effective in identifying and remediating threats. Furthermore, my experience with setting up other Sophos products has always been very positive, as their guidance and resources for setup are fantastic, making the process quick and straightforward. What do you dislike about Sophos Endpoint?

In some of my testing, I've seen that the agent has taken about 10-15 seconds longer to remediate viruses or malware compared to other solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rock-Solid Cybersecurity with Ease of Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Sophos Endpoint?

I love how Sophos Endpoint has transformed our organization's cybersecurity, offering real-time protection and centralized visibility, which is crucial for our global operations and distributed workforce. The setup was remarkably easy, with an intuitive admin portal that simplifies management and installs on end-user devices seamlessly. It runs efficiently without burdening the system, even during security scans, ensuring no slowdown in our work processes. The AI-driven threat detection and Intercept X technology are outstanding, effectively stopping zero-day exploits and ransomware before they pose a threat. I greatly appreciate the threat intelligence reporting and root cause analysis features for providing detailed insights into threats, aiding compliance, and enhancing our security posture. Additionally, its competitive pricing provides us with strong security without the need for constant attention, offering protection that feels constant and reassuring. What do you dislike about Sophos Endpoint?

I have a minor issue with Sophos Endpoint related to the admin IT portal. There are some elements that are not as organized as they could be. It's somewhat inconvenient because simple features are buried in sub-menus and links that aren't intuitive to find. These things would ideally be located in a more accessible area, but instead, they are not where one would expect them to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sophos Endpoint?

Sophos Endpoint offers centralized management through Sophos Central, allowing us to view the status of all our devices at a glance. Additionally, it enables us to monitor threat detection in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sophos Endpoint?

Through the central portal, we are unable to retrieve device serial numbers for Windows OS, although this information is available for Mac OS. If this feature were available for Windows as well, we could take full advantage of Sophos functionalities by gaining more detailed insights into our endpoints. "Sophos Endpoint: Reliable Protection with Top-Notch Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Sophos Endpoint?

I appreciate Sophos Endpoint as our main endpoint protection, which has been in place for about five years, offering reliable protection across the entire company. It effectively safeguards our individual PCs against viruses, spyware, and malware while blocking questionable sites, providing a seamless experience in managing and monitoring potential threats. The ability to log into the portal and initiate remote scans individually on user devices adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind for me. This feature is crucial as it helps me quickly address any concerns from team members if they suspect a problem. Furthermore, the customer support provided by Sophos Endpoint has been fantastic, contributing to a positive overall experience. The purchasing process was straightforward, and the company offered various addons that can be integrated as needed, further enhancing system protection and user confidence. The ease of installation, barring the initial challenges due to the pandemic, was a significant advantage. This combination of strong support, easy purchasing, and additional options makes Sophos Endpoint my preferred choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sophos Endpoint?

I wish there was a specified mobile app for Android or iOS. While I have an Android, having a dedicated mobile app for management, similar to Sophos Central, would be beneficial. I've searched for such an app, but I'm not sure if it exists. A dedicated app would simplify management, particularly when I'm on the move without my laptop, allowing me to manage and check things more conveniently than logging in through the web.
