The ability to clawback emails from user's mailboxes is a useful feature. Also, the option to give certain users access to self-service options such as releasing quarantined emails is a plus. The product sometimes misclassifies spam and phishing as safe, though all email protection products struggle with this. The reverse of this issue can sometimes occur with safe emails, quarantining them. These two issues can be resolved over time by teaching the product what domains/senders are safe and unsafe.
