It's easy to manage through the dashboard, and the setup is straightforward. The reporting is also clear, making it easy to track blocked emails and monitor overall email security. **What do you dislike about Sophos Email?** One thing that could be improved is the reporting and search functionality, as finding older emails can sometimes take a little longer than expected. It would also be helpful to have more advanced customization options for policies and notifications. So, I think the spam rule should apply to as customizable as we need. **What problems is Sophos Email solving and how is that benefiting you?** The spam email which the email server couldn't able to filter is now filtered, and malware and other virus content get blocked, and we get the clean mail in our email server. ### 3.
