SoPasst is online invoicing software for sole traders, small businesses and SMEs in Austria, run by Metacortex e.U. in Vienna. Quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices run in one document chain and are checked against the Austrian mandatory invoice details (§ 11 UStG) before they are issued. It includes dunning with statutory default interest, EU VAT ID checks (VIES), cash book, cash-basis accounting (E/A-Rechnung) with E 1a and VAT return figures, BMD export for tax advisers and ebInterface XML. An EU-hosted AI reads receipts and prepares drafts; SoPasst calculates amounts, VAT and invoice numbers, and every proposal waits for your approval. Imports from KingBill, sevDesk, Invoice Ninja and CSV. Available in German, English and Turkish. From €7 per month excl. VAT.
