"Easy-to-use interface for quick and accurate transcriptions!"
5/5
What do you like best about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

The interface is really easy to use – really clean and simple. Best of all, the service is really fast and the transcriptions (while not always perfect) are really close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

I still have to modify a few words here and there, but it's way better than what I was doing before (making recordings and listening to them afterwards to take notes). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, accurate transcription service!"
5/5
What do you like best about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

I used Sonix to transcribe 6 hours worth of user interviews and a workshop that would have taken me days to complete. With Sonix, I was able to do it in less than a day. Easy to use and was very accurate with the transcription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

It was good at detecting different speakers and made me realize the errors made were due to the weird ways humans speak and not so much the software :P Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transcribing made easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

The pricing for this software that has saved me from manually typing some videos I use for my blog is just one of the many great things about Sonix. For my workload, the software swiftly and efficiently handles most. On top of that, the editing feature is a great addition as some muffled words or phrases are difficult to transcribe. What do you dislike about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

Couldn't find any issues besides a compatibility issue with Edge browser at one point. I have since switched to Google Chrome and found no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Terrifyingly accurate"
5/5
What do you like best about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

I loved my experience cause Sonix has a really good tutorial and it got the words from the audio pretty well. It really did it what I needed really fast, even if it was the first time using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

A bit on the pricier side. No mobile apps just yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HUGE time-saver for anyone who does interviews"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

The Sonix user interface could not be more straightforward. Even those of us who are not particularly tech-savvy can follow the upload feature and watch (if you want to) in real time as your audio file is being transcribed. I record our internal communications podcast in a very low-tech way, and Sonix still really had no trouble interpreting what was said into our cheap little microphone. Better yet, if there were minor errors, the editing software makes it easy to buzz through your copy and make corrections (if, say, you're being required to provide a transcript to someone, and you want it to be perfect). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

Truly, I only have one complaint with the program, and it's that timestamps are provided every "paragraph," which is a measure that seems to be ill-defined, and if you try to make those timestamps more frequent, the only option is to make them appear every 30 seconds. If you're transcribing a lengthy interview, you truly need more frequent timestamps if you're planning to pull some of that audio for a smaller project (a podcast, for example). Still, it's putting you in the vicinity of the audio you need, and that alone saves tons and tons of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Does a decent job transcribing"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

It's faster than trying to transcribe yourself, and I would say it gets it more right than wrong. It's also pretty easy to go back and make corrections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sonix (sonix.ai)?

The automatic transcriber does make pretty many mistakes, which is annoying, and doesn't do a good job of telling you which words it's unsure of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
