This service is cost-effective, and the service was reliable and worked when needed. I think that the transcription was done using AI. It was easy to jump in and just start using without any onboarding. **What do you dislike about Sonix (sonix.ai)?** The transcription wasn't perfect, but it was good enough. I needed to edit the transcription if I wanted to pull out a consumer quote for the report because there were often some minor mistakes. I wasn't aware of any integrations and never needed to use support or ask for help, so I can't comment on heir service. **What problems is Sonix (sonix.ai) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sonix helped me analyze my consumer interviews with detailed transcripts. I was able to extract consumer quotes from my interviews easily. I usually read the transcription, then highlight the clip I want to export for the video in my reports or share out. It was a quick and easy way to create video clip extracts for my reports. ### 2. Apart from that, it also mentions the accuracy with which it transcribes and I honestly like it. **What do you dislike about Sonix (sonix.ai)?** Sometimes, it doesn't detect international accents. It then becomes a tedious task to listen to the entire audio or watch the entire video to correct some words or sentences. **What problems is Sonix (sonix.ai) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run a lot of events at work and almost always, we're required to produce content out of it. This tool has actually saved my huge time to transcribe any audio and video files manually. Besides, it is also possible to directly upload files from cloud storage app such as Google Drive & Dropbox. **What do you dislike about Sonix (sonix.ai)?** It only allows uploading files to convert them into text, but it does not allow live speech to text conversion. Also, the pricing plan is per hour, which is quite expensive compared to other existing solutions. **What problems is Sonix (sonix.ai) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, transcribing audio and video files into the text used to take much time as I had to do it manually, but now with Sonix, it is done automatically. ### 6.
