You don't have to be in a secured network but it makes the job more easier and safer and less stressful. I've used the software with different companies and it's very helpful especially with helping customers who aren't too tech savvy. **What do you dislike about SonicWall Secure Mobile Access?** I can't think of anything that's not great about the software. Sometimes it may take a while to get connected to a customers device, but most times it's not the software, it's the connection on the customers end from my experience. **What problems is SonicWall Secure Mobile Access solving and how is that benefiting you?** SonicWalk is solving technical issues for customers at a more reliable and swifter rate.
