Recommendations to others considering SonicWall Next Generation Firewall:
I have had experiences with Sophos, Palo Alto, Fortigate, and some other devices, and I have found that Sonicwall is very versatile and intuitive in handling, in addition to its optimal performance and rule execution.
When it comes to creating and applying rules, it is very agile and I have not encountered any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is SonicWall Next Generation Firewall solving and how is that benefiting you?
Companies have many problems with filtering navigation through the HTTPS protocol, as most pages now work with this protocol, and Sonicwall's handling of this issue meets the needs very well.
Many applications help users navigate in an encrypted manner, bypassing the security filter, so handling through Sonicwall applications is very good, as these applications are simply blocked and everything works well.
The integration with Active Directory is also very good, as user detection through LDAP, with the SSO feature activated, makes the user experience as seamless as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
