Compared to other AV products, it seems like Capture Client is more lightweight. It does not seem to require as many resources to do a scan. It seems like Capture Client is always out of date. It does not support newer versions of Mac OS. Up until recently, it did not support M1 Macs. The documentation on Capture Client is abysmal.
