What do you like best about Sonetel?

I love the low rates for calling!

We rarely ever have to refill our business accounts' minutes.

Call recording is FREE now!

(Recently you were charged every call recording ontop of minutes on top of storage. They have since lifted the call recording charges and just kept a storage limit.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sonetel?

Support isn't that great, it's hard to get into contact with somebody over there...

Recently our phone number is not calling out as our number, due to partnership issues on their side, but no one has contacted us back on how to get our number transferred onto the new service, so Customer Support is a lacking side of Sonetel.

Premium prices. To get premium which waives storage and you get a free number plus unlimited minutes costs $24.99/PER USER.

It's sort of average, but for a small business like ours - we cannot continue at that price. So we use the regular account features.

Without it, we would have to go with the old traditional email service, which is boring!
