Great human service **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2022 **What do you like best about Sonetel?** I was trying to verify my own cell number on the Sonetel system and was having a problem receiving Sonetel's verification SMS. I shot an email to their customer support and didn't think too much about it. I was surprised when one of their staff took the time to call me to personally verify my number so I didn't have to do the SMS verification. Shazia was really nice, and she even called me back after the first call was accidentally disconnected. I appreciated that. **What do you dislike about Sonetel?** I didn't like that the original SMS verification failed. But that could be due to my own carrier, and not Sonetel's fault. **What problems is Sonetel solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does what it says: Gives you a virtual number for any area code you need. Helpful for when certain state forms require you to have a local phone number. ### 2.
