Soner is an AI receptionist that runs on your business's own WhatsApp number. It answers every customer enquiry in seconds, at any hour, and books the appointment straight into the diary. It replies in whatever language the customer wrote in, and in their own script, so a Spanish, French, German or Dutch customer is answered natively with no setup and no second number. Every client gets a dashboard. Appointments lists every booking with the customer's name, phone, service and staff member, filterable by service or practitioner. Conversations shows the full chat history behind each one. Bookings also write into a Google Sheet the business owns, and the owner can ask the bot for the diary on WhatsApp and get it back as a spreadsheet file in the chat. Also included: staff logins, a daily digest, appointment reminders, per-practitioner schedules on one number, and pay-to-confirm through the business's own payment account. Built for clinics, salons, spas, Hospitals, HVAC and hotels.
