Sonderplan has given me an opportunity to schedule people, rooms and equipment which has eased the patterns of resource and conflicts memoranda. Sonderplanl lacks sufficient reporting functionalities. Sonderplan helps our agency to get rid of the extensive manual scheduling and paper calendars, which saves time on resource management. I found that with Sonderplan it absolutely effortless to book for meeting rooms or any other equipment for that matter. It appears to have a weak collaboration system in Sonderplan. This means that I am even now forced to use e-mail or other means in order to organize the work with my coworkers, which is ineffective. Sonderplan has helped me to reduce the time that I spend when it comes to arranging the personal resources. The main advantage of using Sonderplan can be regarded as the management of multiple resources such as personnel, rooms, and equipment in one place. This type of synchronization proved helpful at the beginning in terms of organization of work, especially in those cases where multiple needs might intersect. It is difficult to rapidly distinguish essential scheduling clashes or the availability of specific resources when everything appears to be crowded and compressed.
