**What do you like best about Sonder?**

I really appreciate how Sonder being app-based is modern and highly convenient. It's so easy to set up—just download the app, and off you go. I like the ability to control what alerts I get as alerts for the whole country aren't relevant to me. The privacy it ensures is another aspect I enjoy. I also find it incredibly valuable to have an outlet to discuss medical or mental health issues outside of work, which is a game-changer for me. Plus, the fact that a Nurse on the chat actually called and arranged for an ambulance for my partner when he was sick was really impressive.

**What do you dislike about Sonder?**

The wait times or waits in between responses on chats can sometimes be annoying but, I understand they are busy.

**What problems is Sonder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sonder for medical and mental health issues. It provides timely medical advice, even arranging for an ambulance. It lets me focus on urgent care and customize alerts, which is important for privacy and relevance.
