Sonatina.ca is all-in-one music school software, built in Canada by a working music teacher, for private teachers and for schools from one studio to many buildings. It is set up so the school runs smoothly without an administrator watching every small detail. - Families handle themselves: they book a free trial, sign up, pay and book their own make-ups, in English or French - Teachers handle their own day: they sign in, see their schedule, take attendance and write lesson notes - The routine runs by itself: lessons repeat, invoices are built from the lessons taught, and reminders, late fees and follow-up emails go out automatically Everything in one place: - Scheduling with group classes, waitlists, make-up credits and clash warnings - Billing in Canadian dollars: GST/HST/QST/PST tax lines, e-Transfer matching, cards and bank debit through your own Stripe account, and automatic payments - A built-in CRM: a free-trial booking page, a lead pipeline, follow-up emails and drip sequences - Recitals with ticket sales, a merch shop with print on demand, and a school website - Reports, teacher pay, QuickBooks and Xero files, and an API Every plan includes every feature and unlimited students at one flat monthly price in CAD. Start with a 30-day free trial: no card, no setup fee, no contract. Import your families and students with a preview and an undo.
