**What do you like best about Sonar Mortgage?**

I liked the modern approach Sonar Mortgage had, the simplicity behind it, and how friendly it was at first. It made it easier for me to open it every morning or leave it open because it looked good. It made me more likely to navigate through it since it wasn't complicated or ugly looking. It gave me a sense of pride because it looked like something I'd want my clients to see. Also, the initial setup of Sonar Mortgage was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Sonar Mortgage?**

Towards the end of my experience with Sonar Mortgage, I had issues with their support team. I emailed them at the end of October for extended access to get all my leads out by December, but I didn't receive a response until November. This long delay in communication was frustrating. I also wanted a one-hour video call to review and provide feedback on new upgrades with other experienced users and to verify data integrity and bulk export procedures due to system issues. However, the prequalification form often glitched, which was another annoyance. The shrinking support and lack of communication were disappointing.

**What problems is Sonar Mortgage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sonar Mortgage solved my need for a paid loan originating software when our brokerage switched from UWM's free Blink. I appreciated its modern, simple, and friendly design, making it pleasant and easy for daily use, and appropriate for client interactions.
