I’ve been using FreightWaves SONAR for a while now, and it’s been a game-changer for our transportation management. When using the Market Dashboard, it would be helpful if you could type in a zipcode and hit enter if the first city is correct and it populates this city without having to use the mouse. When tabbing to the destination, it would be nice if the current destination was auto highlighted so you could just type over what was in there. SONAR is very cumbersome and requires additional licenses to create an index. The whole platform feels like we are being charged excessively for data that should be part of the package. We will be exploring other platforms in the future; SONAR seems to be a bit of an enticement than a substitution.
