What do you like best about SONAR?

What do you dislike about SONAR?

Rates are sometimes decently off what DAT and GreenScreens shows, who's to say who is right and wrong, but sometimes difficult to price. Only complaint is being able to see the yearly average for lanes rather than just the 28 day look back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SONAR?

The quick visuals and breakdowns make understanding rate data very easy. I am new to pricing and the layout and format of sonar make it easy for me to jump right in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SONAR?

When using Rate Intelligence, I find it frustrating to check multiple lanes, as moving between the origin and destination fields and then selecting search can be cumbersome. What do you like best about SONAR?

SONAR is the best data platform for understanding macro and micro trends in the economy of freight and logistics. It is an incredible source of information to provide insights. What do you like best about SONAR?

SONAR provides one of the most comprehensive platforms of near-real-time data on the transportation and freight industry. The breadth and depth of both macro and micro trends--from tender volumes to rejection rates at the market level--give us an edge in evaluating the trucking and logistics market. We are able to visualize trends quickly with custom dashboards to easily support analytics and narratives. It's a powerful tool we use weekly for senior leadership analysis. What do you dislike about SONAR?

The user interface is a bit dated and clunky, especially when trying to set up custom dashboards or comparing multiple data series. What do you like best about SONAR?

Sonar brings a different perspective to the transportation markets. We don't just get rate data, but we are able to build graphs with different data points which helps share industry dynamics with our customers. What do you like best about SONAR?

Macro-economic insights. This is a freight and economics nerd's dream.

I don't have a lot of confidence in the rates. Until the majority of carriers begin to shift their negotiating numbers away from DAT and onto SONAR, we're sticking with DAT for our benchmarking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SONAR?

The upsides of using Sonar compared to other industry reporting tools is ability to cascade on information quickly. When we have problems we can easily connect with customer service and get a prompt answer. For my team in particular we use sonar semi weekly depending on the project.
