Professional services firms hit a breaking point. The pipeline is growing, projects are running, revenue is coming in — but no one can tell you in real time whether you're profitable, whether your team has capacity next quarter, or whether you've billed everything you're owed. Most Salesforce implementations weren't built for the way professional services firms actually work. And most AI tools weren't built for them either. Solvit fixes both. We help mid-market consulting, software, and IT services firms build Salesforce environments that connect sales pipeline to project delivery — and layer in AI that actually works inside their business processes, not alongside them. Outcomes clients work with Solvit to achieve: - Real-time project profitability — know your margins before the engagement closes, not after - Utilization and capacity visibility — move from spreadsheet-based resource management to live forecasting - Billing accuracy — eliminate revenue leakage from manual, disconnected billing processes - AI-powered operations — intelligent automation and decision support built on Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and Anthropic Claude - Vendor consolidation — one partner for CRM, delivery operations, and AI — not three Solvit holds active certifications across Kantata SX, Certinia PS Cloud, RocketLane, and Salesforce, and is an Anthropic partner — one of the few North American consulting firms with depth across both PSA delivery platforms and enterprise AI implementation.
