Solve(X) is the wireless expense management (WEM) platform from GoExceed. It connects directly to your wireless carriers and brings every device, line, invoice, and user into one system, so IT, finance, and procurement work from the same data instead of three different spreadsheets. Each month, Solve(X) audits every carrier invoice against contract terms and actual usage, flags what is wrong, and finds where plans, features, and pools can be optimized. Changes are executed with the carrier, not handed back to your team as a to-do list. Clients typically cut wireless spend 20 to 40 percent on the carriers they already use. Beyond the invoice, Solve(X) manages the full device lifecycle: order routing and approvals, MACD requests, asset tracking, upgrades, and retirement. Solve(X) Sync pushes live mobility data into ServiceNow, keeping your CMDB current without manual updates, and GoExceed builds integrations for other ITSM platforms as well. Solve(X) is backed by GoExceed’s managed services team, which handles carrier optimization, bill pay, Centralized Depot logistics, managed MDM, and an end-user help desk on your behalf. GoExceed is SOC 2 Type II attested and has served enterprise mobility programs since 2001.
