Solve enables you, as the patent attorney, to be the strategic director of the patent application. No longer will you be tasked with the tedium of writing rote technical disclosures. With Solve, your task as the patent attorney is to decide where to focus the disclosure - which new features should the claims focus on? What tone should the background take? Which problems should the background focus on? What technical features are most important for the claims? A system version of the method claims - done. Amend the claims to add more technical material to overcome a 101 - done. Your job, as patent attorney, is now to make these strategic determinations and provide direction to Solve. The days of drafting patent applications are over. As it stands today, the Solve platform is incredibly powerful. Still, the platform is under continual development and powerful new features are being added all the time. It's not a question of should you use Solve, just a question of why aren't you using it yet? Solve has led to a 3x in speed with my patent app drafting and reviewing. Because of this, I’m now able to spend more time taking on additional client work while maintaining amazing quality. It’s been a true gamechanger for myself and the entire patent attorney team at Panoramix. In addition, the team at Solve are incredibly responsive and have a great onboarding programme with the developers themselves. After conducting trials on numerous AI-powered patent prep & prosecution tools, I ultimately selected Solve Intellgence as my service provider. This product is light years ahead of the other products that I tested in terms of both its capabilities and user-friendliness, and it has become an integral part of my workflows for drafting patent applications and responding to Office Actions. I estimate that this product reduces my drafting time by 25-35% for patent applications and saves even more time on Office Action responses. Beyond the time savings, what I appreciate most is the improved quality of work I am able to deliver to my clients. It is also worth noting that team at Solve Intelligence is outstanding. They respond quickly to inquiries and are always available to assist. Additionally, they are continuously developing and rolling out new features. There are many things to love about this software, and it is quite amazing to see the work product that it generates once you have given it a thorough disclosure. But probably my favorite thing about this software is that you can essentially use it in lieu of an associate attorney drafting the application. When using this software you have more time to focus on claim drafting and also strategically making sure that the disclosure includes everything you want. The software then takes on the brunt of the actual drafting, and you can then use the AI chat prompts to revise any sections you like. However, it can be time consuming to generate the drawings or to add reference numerals in that manner. That being said, you can also upload drawings that have handwritten reference numerals and the software will be able to follow.
