"A range of user-friendly, patient-friendly services"

What do you like best?

We love the appointment reminder texts and e-mails and that you can customize how many reminders to send, and when. We love the two-way texting service (SR Conversations). This has helped us in so many ways, from getting pictures of updated insurance cards to rescheduling appointments (when we can't reach the patient by phone) to simply asking a patient to give us a call (due to a voice mail box that is full, not set up, etc, or many people just don't answer their phone anymore!). Also love the recall messages, birthday messages, ability to send newsletters etc.

What do you dislike?

We have had multiple instances of our reminder texts/e-mails not being sent for some reason or another, as well as problems with our SR profile syncing with our EHR/PM. This has caused some confusion with appointments, missed appointments, etc, since patients have grown accustomed to getting reminder texts (or e-mails) and count on them. Also, the newsletters can be difficult to customize in some cases, and when I have reached out to SolutionReach for help with some newsletter issues, many times they are not even able to figure out how to do something. I wish the newsletter design process was a little more intuitive / user friendly. Lastly, it has been a source of frustration for the doctors that they signed up at a certain monthly rate, but anytime new services are offered, it is all at an extra cost. We were told in the beginning that as the service improved, rates would never increase. I wish that it had been worded a bit differently, like that our rates would never increase unless we decided to subscribe to additional products, or something like that.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We have looked at several similar services and have really liked using SolutionReach. The customer service is excellent, and though we have had the occasional problem, they have been good to work through those problems with us and do their best to make things right. I definitely recommend at least trying it out!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We no longer have to call each patient to remind them about appointments. We like to stay in touch with our patients through newsletters - especially around the holidays to let them know of our holiday hours and how to reach us, etc., and also to invite our patients to leave us reviews on google, facebook, etc. We have also had a lot of patients schedule because of recall messages.

"Very Helpful Platform"

What do you like best?

Solutionreach has helped us so much with patient recalls and confirmations. Our patients love the convenience of confirming with a simple text message instead of taking more time calling the office.

Also, very convenient that we can set up the frequency of those messages.

We can spend more time taking care of the patients here in the office than trying to confirm them over the phone or by sending an email, especially in an office with a small staff.

What do you dislike?

There are been a few technical issues with our sync, we have to open our sync every morning and every so often otherwise confirmations doesn't get written. We have talked to technical support they have checked it and it doesn't seem to have issues but doesn't get resolved.

Also, we like and hate the fact that there are so many features and additional services that are not included and have an additional fee, which is understandable but sometimes inconvenient for small offices trying to survive high rents.

Helpful platform, simple to use and so many great features. Easy to manage and very positive patient experience.

One of the best benefits we have since we started a few years ago with Solutionreach is the capability of reaching back a lot of the patients that were not active, many we had tried calling for recall appointments with no much luck and now they have returned to our practice.

"SolutionReach making it easier than ever before to contact patients! "

What do you like best?

SolutionReach is best for texting and sending newsletters via email. It is HIPPA compliant which is great for in a medical practice.

It is connected to the EHR that we use and automatically sends appointment reminders to patients on the schedule. Reminders can be sent weeks or days before depending on the preference of the office.

Patients are able to send pictures of insurance cards.

What do you dislike?

The only dislike we have for the system is that even when we cancel a patients appointment, the patient still gets a text. On our EHR as soon as a patient cancels their appointment we update the schedule and put that the patient has cancelled but somehow there is something that is not syncing when we update the schedule.

We are always getting calls from patients saying they already called and canceled their appointment but they still received a text.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's great if you have a big or small practice. Solution reach makes contacting patients and patients contacting the office much easier.

Great for Newsletters! For example we are a dermatologist office and we do sell products and offer cosmetic treatments there are times we offer seasonal sales or promotions. With SolutionReach we are able to send a Newsletter to all of our patients so that they're aware of the sales/promotions.

You can customize the newsletter and use templates that are provided.

This feature is great for not only medical offices but other business.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No shows can always a problem in offices. SolutionReach has helped reduce the amount of no shows we have.

"Patient Outreach via Solutionreach"

What do you like best?

When our patients are unable to answer the phone for a conversation, I can send them a message about what I need to speak with them about. It's easier for some patients at work to text than call. Our patients enjoy getting the appointment reminders instead of taking an appointment card and losing the card and missing their appointments.

What do you dislike?

I do not like that it is limited to 250 characters. With spaces, and punctuation it is difficult to get the entire message out to the patient and we have to send multiple messages.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Absolutely a game changer for our office. We struggled with reaching our patients. Once we started with SR many of our patients are loving the automated reminders of their apts so they do not have to take a card, risk losing the reminder card. For our new pts we can send them a text with our address, phone number and apt time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our phone line had been down several times and Solutionreach allows our patients to request an apt if our lines are down.

When patients do not answer the phone and we leave a voicemail, some patients do not check their voicemail. They call asking what we called for or simply do not come to appts when we have reached out to them. SR allows us to send texts so if they don't listen to voicemails, we have the option to text.

"Strange interface, but works."

What do you like best?

Solution Reach has been generally easy to work with and syncs up well with our EMR (General Electric Centricity) to cross-share patient information and account details. They have great customers service and the "help" section of the site has wonderful tutorials if you're struggling with navigating the portal, or setting up a custom communication. It can gather all our information from as far back as the company records go, meaning we can target patients who haven't been here in years - a nice bonus.

What do you dislike?

Some things are saved in weird places. For example, different communication options and their coresponding reports are all saved under different names in different areas of the portal - so it's not alway user friendly to do a big sweep and check everything at once. All emails should, ideally, deploy out of the same area of the site - but they don't. I wish I could create drag-and-drop custom newsletters (similiar to MailChimp).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure your information is syncing properly before going live. We used a 3rd party tech team to set-up with our remote system.

This platform helps us with scheduling and patient communications - including recalls, reminders and general newsletters. We use it for both text and email communications. We also use it to organize "trigger" emails such as birthday messages and recalls that deploy on their own via actions a potiant takes.

"Great program - support needs help!"

What do you like best?

Solution Reach is easy to use. They are always adding great new features - like two way texting! Very affordable.

What do you dislike?

Solution Reach does not have two way communication with my EHR; therefore I still have some manual data entry. We recently added SR Intake and have asked questions that no one seems to be able to answer. I'm glad they want to add new programs but really need to get the kinks worked out before releasing (maybe some Beta testing). Technical support staff is not always friendly and very hard to reach.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Text confirmations are wonderful. I've regained so much time by not having to call every patient on our schedule! We also utilize newsletters to send program reminders to patients. Two-way texting has also been helpful for reaching patients who aren't able to answer the phone during the day.

"Solution Reach is the best of the best!"

What do you like best?

I like that they have only made promises they could keep and went above and beyond when it came to making sure we had all of the help/knowledge we needed to use their products. A few of our office personal favorites are:

- SR will email, text or call your appointments as many times or as few as you want to remind them of their appointments with you. * Ours are set to 2 days before and 2 hours before the appointment.

- They have pre-made newsletters that you can customize and send out via email on a monthly basis with information pertaining to your industry. (Ours has National Sunglass Day or Eye Safety awareness month) * We do not use this monthly, we create email blasts for special occasions or events in our office.

- Group Messages are the BEST! This enables your office staff to notify patients for a whole day or week about a closing, delay or any changes in your schedule with one quick email instead of someone having to take home a print-out and make these calls from home.

- Your schedule for the day is also saved online and helps to make it easier to create those group messages.

- All emails that go out have a link in them for the patients to be able to click and take a survey, refer a patient to your office, or they can click another link and request an appointment. *This enables an email to be sent to your front desk that the patient would like a call to set up an appointment and the patient has usually submitted dates and times that would be best which cuts back the phone time to set up the appointment.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I can think that I disliked about the whole process was fine-tuning the set up. However, this setting up being so detailed is what makes it so perfect.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It does take some setup but the SR customer service team has not failed us yet and walk you through everything. I would gladly refer this company to any doctors’ office!

Since we have been with SR it has made a HUGE impact on the efficiency and time management in our office, not to mention cut costs for us when it comes to purchasing post cards, stamps, and employee time to process each recall or notification needed.

What do you like best?

The patient appointment reminders and recall has made a positive impact on our kept appointments and recalls. Patients love that they can communicate with the office via text message, and it is super convenient for the office as well!

What do you dislike?

I have not found anything that I dislike about Solutionreach. It was difficult to navigate at first but with training , it has become an excellent tool for the office.

Solution Reach has helped us increase the percentage of kept appointments with the convenient text/email appointment reminders. We have also seen an increase in recall patients scheduling with the recall feature. Love the ability to send patients a request for review with Solution Reach.

"Solution Reach has streamlined our practice"

What do you like best?

My favorite feature is the conversations app. It allows us to text back fourth with our patients in real time from our office phone number. Our patients love this too!

What do you dislike?

I wish there was an unlimited character limit for texting.

Solutionreach is the way to go for streamlined, up to date technology that will help with your patient compliance through email and text communication. SR has also helped our online reputation as well as freeing up our front office staff to tend to other important tasks. I highly recommend this service!

"SolutionReach makes patient communication manageable and fun!"

What do you like best?

We have been using SolutionReach for six years now, during that time we have saved countless hours of calling patients to remind them of their appointments, or informing them that we have received their order, or that they are overdue for their annual exam. Most of those phone calls ended up in a voicemail that never got checked. Thanks to the automation of text and email reminders we have happier patients, who are notified faster and more efficiently of their order or their appointment or their recall.

What do you dislike?

The Newsletter templates still leave something to improve on. There are times when the software will glitch out, and patients will get incorrect automated messages. This can cause big problems for us. Thankfully, days like those are few and far between.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Patient communication, especially keeping in touch once they leave the office. Thanks to the SR Conversations feature, we are able to text directly with patients from the same phone number they have known for years. We also keep us on the top of their minds with educational newsletters every month. SolutionReach has made our office more efficient and more patient centered.

"Convenient Tool for Patient Management"

What do you like best?

It has allowed us to eliminate phone calls for appointment reminders. This makes life easier for the administrative staff. Many patients don't answer their phones during the day, but they will answer text messages. New features are always being added.

What do you dislike?

The support staff is disorganized. It took months to get training scheduled with SR implementation staff; we almost gave up. The worst part of that is that we were being charged for the service; but we couldn't use it. After we became SR customers, they called us for 2 years offering the service. We kept telling them we were already customers, but they just kept calling. Poor follow through on demo appointments.

Allow your tech savvy staff members to take the lead in SR setup and feature management. Its very empowering.

Patient appointment reminders. We have better response times from patients with texting versus calling. Office Closings--in the past we had to call each patient individually in the event of inclement weather or other reason for an altered schedule. Now we can send mass communication via text and email. For remote access, this product is very easy to use. Nice!

"Time Saver!"

What do you like best?

It's hard to imagine how we managed our office before coming on board with Solution Reach! For years we manually called every patient for material pick up as well as confirmations for appointments. Now to mention the 600 plus post cards we would stamp by hand each month for recalls. Now, Solution Reach does all that for us and let's us place our focus on more important things. We have gotten nothing but positive feedback from patients who love the new system as well!

What do you dislike?

We have had a few issues with SR not syncing with Revolution EHR and have had to call for tech help.

Take advantage and learn all the tricks and uses of the system to make the most of your money!

Problems solved include a great way to reach our entire patient data base with whatever message we chose and however we choose- text or email blast! There are also awesome newsletter templates that make getting newsletters out a breeze.

"Great Way to Communicate with Patients"

What do you like best?

We love SR Notify. This is the best! The patient love the option to text as most have a very busy schedule and are unable to call. It is also great for us when we can't leave voicemails but they patient receives text messages.

What do you dislike?

SR Review. Wasn't that great to show review's to patients on different platforms. Also when working on newsletter. The set up is a little hard to work with when inputting pictures, cropping, and staying within the limit of how many words can be place on the newsletter.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you can't figure it out, do not hesitate to call! The reps are always willing to help and walk you through any problem that you might have and if they can't solve it for you they take the time to find the answer for you with someone else or call you back when they do get the answer.

We have much better communication with our patient as to reaching out to them in regards to their health, getting more information with their insurance. Also with SR Schedule we are able to get more appointments with patient who are always in a rush over the phone to make an appointment because they might be at work. We are not able to see more patient because of SR Schedule

"I don't have to think about Solutionreach and I love it!"

What do you like best?

Solutionreach is very consistent. I run a busy chiropractic practice and am focused on treating patients. Solutionreach runs automatically in the background and I do not need to touch it at all, which is a huge value for me. I also like that it is HIPPA compliant and integrate seamlessly into the electronic health records software that our practice utilizes.

What do you dislike?

The email drip campaign (newsletter) feature only allows for you to send one email per week, I would like to be able to send multiple emails per week with this feature. I would also like see some more robust CRM type features added into the Solutionreach platform. I would like to have all electronic communication tools under one umbrella instead of having to utilize multiple different products that do not integrate into each other. I would be willing to pay for this additional feature

Make sure that it is integrated with whatever business software you are utilizing.

Patients missing appointments and patient communication. Solutionreach has decreased our no call/no show percentage for patient visits and help us to capture more revenue. It has also made it easier our office to change appointments by reading the message from a patient instead of having to answer an additional 10-15 phone calls per business day.

"Better Patient Communication"

What do you like best?

The confirmations are automatic after the set-up and integration is complete. We can see when messages were sent and if they were confirmed. Office staff doesn't even have to think about confirming appointments. With using Notify, patients are also able to text our office. We can respond, and our messages will show as our office main line.

What do you dislike?

There are templates to work from, but it would be nice if they were more customizable, so our confirmation emails can look exactly the way we want. We have our own patient portal. We can't add a button for that, because there is a patient portal from SolutionReach, that we do not use, but can't remove. The company also makes too many sales calls for upgrades or added features.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Solutionreach is completely reliable and helpful to our practice. This saves on time, and helps patients keep appointments, limiting cancellations or no shows.

With the amount of patients our practice sees per day, our front office staff was spending a lot of time just on confirmation calls.

"Best Out There"

What do you like best?

I have tested a lot of products and even used a couple before we found Solution Reach but there are none that even come close to what Solution Reach can do.

One last thing that I will mention is that some great companies diminish after a few years because they stay stagnant, Solution Reach is continually seeking ways to add to their product so that it add an increased value to this already priceless product.

What do you dislike?

The only negative is that there are so many features I have yet to use them all.

"Smooth patient interactions!"

What do you like best?

The SR Conversations and SR Schedule provide our patients with easy, convenient ways to interact with our practice. The reminder system is invaluable, and Conversations takes it into the world of texting - which our patients love! The ease of patient self-scheduling has also made the lives of our front desk associates MUCH easier.

What do you dislike?

I would have to say long hold times when I call support.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

SR Spotlight has made it easier to maintain a an ongoing relationship with our patients. Our patients experience that we know them when they call, and we're able to more quickly respond to their requests. We've come to rely on these features!

"Great software to help you work smarter not harder!"

What do you like best?

Solutionreach is a great too for the medical office staff, it gives you the tools you need, easily, to reach out to patients many different ways!

What do you dislike?

I can't really say that I dislike anything at this time!

This software has a lot to offer. The customer service is great and there are a ton of self help/training videos for your team to go over after the initial training that they do that you can do at your own pace and time! This is truly an asset if used correctly. They are definitely moving in the right direction!

No problems, it's just a little bit of a learning curve, as with anything, but Solutionreach is great about helping you out if needed and there are lots of helpful tools and videos that you can learn at your own pace and when you have time (which I love)

"EXCELLENT PATIENT COMMUNICATION"

What do you like best?

SolutionReach is everything you need for patient communication!

Every day life is SO much better with automated appointment reminders via text and email, automated personalized follow up emails and texts, review requests, newsletters, and direct texting via any desktop or mobile device.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I can think of that would improve SolutionReach, would be a way to integrate with our phone system.

Feel free to do your research, you will find SolutionReach NEVER over promises/under delivers.

The services offered, combined with the ease of implementation, are far superior than any other system. Especially for the cost.

"Getting better all the time"

What do you like best?

Texting capabilities using our landline has been amazing! It saves our staff so much time in call-backs and we are able to reschedule cancelled appointements right away via text.

What do you dislike?

It would be awesome if SR Intake information could be imported directly into the patient's medical history and into smartdocs instead of us having to download and import into smartdocs and enter in medical hx manually - Regardless, it's still better than loads of paperwork

Appointment confirmations, ability to text from our landline and capabilities to send birthday, last minute opening, overdue appt reminders are fantastic, time saving services that any company can benefit from

We are rescheduling a lot of cancelled appointments by rescheduling via text right away instead of leaving messages and waiting for call backs. The intake forms are going to be great to help us go ALL -digital eventually

"Very easy to use"

What do you like best?

It is a very easy way to keep up with patients and communicate with them. I like that im able to send out text messages when im not able to get them on the phone. most people don't answer their phone anymore but will respond to a text

Keep in mind that it will make communication between your cliants very easy. Youll be able to reach out with ease and they will be able to respond quicker

"Excellent Service. Saves Time, Increases Revenue"

What do you like best?

Online appointments, Automated Recalls and confirmations. This service increases my patient flow and keeps my current patients returning at appropriate intervals. No show rates have also decreased.

What do you dislike?

Not everything is automated. Still have some bugs to figure out regarding previous patients when it comes to online appointments.

Be patient and learn everything. Don't leave it to your technicians to do by themselves

Still working on the online appointment issue when it comes to previous patients. We need the previous patient to have to update their phone number and current insurance information. Leads to more work on our end

"Love Solution Reach"

What do you like best?

Solution Reach Conversations is great! We can "text" our patients and they can text us, which they love and it makes communicating for us very easy!

What do you dislike?

We just implemented SR Intake and have found several things that don't work with it. Also, the inability to send an Intake Form to a new patient is not convenient at all.

This is a must have for offices!

The confirmation and reminder process that we use through Solution Reach is great and has eliminated "no-shows" The conversations feature is a great way to communicate fast and efficiently with patients (and labs)!!!

"Love having everything in one place!"

What do you like best?

I love that we can find appointment confirmations in the same place that we do our paperwork. It makes the check-in process super quick and easy!

What do you dislike?

I would like it if SR intake and SR tablet could work together instead of having to choose one or the other.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We loved using the SR Tablet, so we chose to give the SR intake a try. We LOVE SR intake as well, just wish we could use them both for paperwork. But, having online paperwork available to use has greatly cut down our daily paper use which is great!
