SignSolú is a Mexican electronic signature platform for small and mid-sized companies. You send a contract by WhatsApp or by email and the signer signs it from their phone, with no app to install. Every signed document carries an audit trail with IP address, date, time and device, a SHA-256 hash of the file, and a certificate anyone can verify online. Legal validity rests on the Mexican Commercial Code, articles 89 to 114. SignSolú includes your own templates with variables, collection of official ID from each signer, control of contract expiration dates, several signers per document, users and roles per organization, and centralized storage of everything already signed. It is used in Mexico by restaurant groups, HR and recruitment firms, travel agencies, private aviation and logistics companies. There is a free plan with 10 documents and a paid plan at MXN $399 per month; only a document signed by every party counts against the quota.
