I like that SOLINK always works and is reliable, which is great for my needs. Availability is important and SOLINK nails it. I run a restaurant, and I use SOLINK pretty much every day to check on what's happening when I'm not there, and sometimes even when I am there since the cameras work well. The system is always up and running, making it really easy to get what I need and save clips when necessary. SOLINK does a great job for us, allowing me to make operational decisions by reviewing past videos to see how we're doing. Additionally, I find it really easy to create clips when needed. I use SOLINK for security monitoring across multiple stores, offices, and warehouses. I love how much easier it is to use than our older system, especially when pulling footage. The AI features are pretty handy and I think it could have a lot of function for store audits. It's also great that it ties into our POS, helping us catch anomalies. We have centralized access to all cameras across the organization, which makes it much easier to manage everything in one place.
