I would like to see the implementation of AI to assist in securing video clips for events that happened in the store. Being able to use plain language to save video clips from an event would be beneficial. For example, if something happened on a specific day and time, I want the ability to type in one line to save all video clips for that specific date between the times it occurred. It strengthens inventory accuracy, supports process discipline, and frees leaders to focus more on coaching, selling, and team building. The flexibility to support multiple functions like operations, loss prevention, inventory, and service within one platform is something I really like.
