It is very adapted to the needs of new innovations where we can more fully see the information on each project and its respective process. For people who are new to this type of program, the learning curve is very steep and will require hours of training in order to properly handle its full potential. We have been able to improve and manage many processes in a much more complete way with this tool since we can carry out a much more efficient control. Likewise, we have been able to create different task templates with notes, task lists, subject, resource allocation that are very useful in many of our company processes and thus we can also improve the delegation of tasks by creating them with common configurations....
