Can measure. Works with 3D mouse. **What do you dislike about SolidWorks eDrawings?** Performance is terrible. GUI is awful and very very glitchy, especially if you have multiple displays with different DPI. It resembles no common software; SolidWorks should make eDrawing from scratch. No option to set defaults (e.g I want to always view as Shaded with Edges; I have to set it every time I open a file). **What problems is SolidWorks eDrawings solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it only for viewing/measuring 3D CAD files. ### 2. Any user can download for free from the official webpage. It is not mandatory or necessary to have a SolidWorks tool already installed. It gives the possibility to any employee of a company to see a document designed by another. You can easily share the files and watch them in a moment. **What do you dislike about SolidWorks eDrawings?** One of the worst things is the lack of tools included in the application. If you are a common user of SolidWorks application will quickly realize that you can just do a few things with eDrawings. For example, you can measure the gap between two objects, but only in a lineal way, however, Solidworks shows you the same measures in three directions, not only in the shortest. **Recommendations to others considering SolidWorks eDrawings:** This application is just a viewer. If you are thinking to install it in order to modify assemblies and componentes, that is not possible. **What problems is SolidWorks eDrawings solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can give to all of the employees the possibility of having a tool that show the 3D documents.
