**What do you like best about Solidroad?**

What I like the most is how easy to use it is. The interface is simple but contains all I need to keep track of everything. 
It has been helpful in our hiring and training due to the features it has. And the best part is innovation. I've never seen something as cool as Solidroad before.

**What do you dislike about Solidroad?**

I can't think of anything I might dislike, because the bugs we have encountered, were solved pretty fast. Just great experiences!

**What problems is Solidroad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In hiring we had multiple people using AI to answer the skill exercises. With Solidroad we're fighting AI with AI and has made the experience as similar as in real life and the feedback we get is very detailed.

The calls do not wait for my complete response before AI responds.

Agent training, it is helping in giving the agents a real-life simulation of what to expect as a customer service rep.

The ai are realistic with good expectations.  It allows me think outside the box as an upcoming cx agent

Sometimes the ai acts as the agents.  It kinda stressful
