**What do you like best about Solidgate?**

They make it so easy to integrate local payment options and have excellent orchestration and antifraud tools. Their support team is super proactive and quick to help, often giving tips to optimize things even further.

**What do you dislike about Solidgate?**

The dashboard, while good, could really use better custom reporting options, especially for subscription data tracking.

**What problems is Solidgate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solidgate’s been a real gamechanger for how we manage global payments - it simplifies international transactions, and the way it’s boosted payment acceptance rates has been beyond what we expected from a payment provider. Also, their updates are always in line with where we’re headed as a company.

Solidgate excels in optimizing payment flows, ensuring high approval rates and seamless transactions across both our websites. Its fraud prevention tools and real-time analytics provide valuable insights, helping us make data-driven decisions.

While the platform is powerful, its can heve more financial reporting tools, as it can get tricky to juggle all the reporting.

**What problems is Solidgate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as a payment gateway to accept payments from our customers, eliminate any risks of getting fraud transactions.

Having card acquiring, payment orchestration, and chargeback management in one place has been a game-changer. The support for local payment methods, especially in LATAM, enabled us to scale faster than anticipated.

**What do you like best about Solidgate?**

Solidgate’s all-in-one platform has streamlined our payment processes. The support team is excellent—they resolve issues quickly. The fraud prevention tools have significantly reduced disputes, and bank integrations have made it easier to expand into new regions.

**What do you dislike about Solidgate?**

It would be great to have more financial reports available directly in the admin panel for better transaction insights.
Additionally, their financial API is not advanced enough to fully integrate with our analytical dashboards.

**What problems is Solidgate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we started using Solidgate, managing international payments has become much more efficient. Their continuous feature updates, extensive integrations, and strong banking partnerships have made launching and supporting new projects significantly easier, allowing us to scale without operational bottlenecks.
