Usually i just send an email to everyone and they contact the right person who promptly answers back. **Recommendations to others considering SolidCAD:** Don't be afraid to ask questions, they know their stuff. **What problems is SolidCAD solving and how is that benefiting you?** They provide in depth analysis of license usage. This allows us to better assign use and so, save on those licenses. They also take initiative of contacting us when something new happens so we stay ahead or when we would run out of licenses or need to renew to prevent interruption in service ### 2.
