Is Soldo free, or does it offer a free trial?

Soldo does not offer a permanent free plan, but it does provide a free trial that lets users to test the product before committing to a paid plan. Trial availability and duration may vary, so users should review the seller's official pricing page for the most current details.

How much does Soldo cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Soldo pricing in 2026 starts at £21.00 and can reach £33.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Soldo's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Soldo pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviewers, Soldo's pricing is best suited for mid-market organisations with 51 to 1,000 employees, which represent the majority of reviewers. Industries including healthcare, non-profits, hospitality, entertainment, and professional services appear frequently across G2 reviews of Soldo. The Standard and Plus tiers suit growing businesses needing card controls, receipt capture, and accounting integrations like Xero or QuickBooks. Soldo's Enterprise tier is well-matched for large organisations managing hundreds of cardholders across multiple locations, as confirmed by G2 enterprise reviewers in government, health, and social services. Small businesses benefit from entry-level tiers, though some G2 reviewers flag per-user costs as a constraint at that scale.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Soldo?

Soldo does not offer a permanent free version, but a free trial is available for teams evaluating the platform before committing. Soldo's paid plans begin at £21.00 per month for the Standard tier, covering up to 3 users, 20 cards, and standard integrations. Upgrading to Soldo's Plus tier at £33.00 per month adds advanced receipt capture, expense review workflows, bulk reimbursement, multi-currency support, and advanced integrations. Soldo's Enterprise tier, priced on request, unlocks unlimited users, unlimited cards, API access, enterprise automations, and dedicated account management. G2 reviewers note that receipt capture and accounting integrations are key drivers for upgrading beyond the entry-level tier.

Is Soldo considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly consider Soldo good value, with the platform earning consistently high ratings across segments. Users frequently highlight time savings on reconciliation, receipt capture, and month-end closing as tangible returns on investment. Several G2 reviewers note that Xero and QuickBooks integrations alone justify the cost. However, pricing concerns do surface, particularly among small businesses and charities, where per-user fees can escalate quickly. One G2 reviewer noted the monthly fee discourages issuing cards to more staff, and another flagged that receipt capture requires upgrading to a higher tier. Reviewers who switched from Pleo or traditional GPC cards generally report Soldo delivers strong value relative to alternatives.

What do you like best about Soldo?

I really appreciate the ability to sync with QuickBooks, which makes my job easier by saving time and reducing manual input. Soldo's ease of use on both desktop and mobile platforms is a big plus for me. As an admin, I value having full control over the functions, including assigning and creating users for different wallets with varying levels of access. The customization options such as different wallets for departments and sub-level card assignments are features I greatly appreciate. The initial setup was very easy once the training was completed, helping me understand the dynamics quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soldo?

I dislike that Google and Meta do not accept it as a payment card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Soldo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I get the team to upload receipts on the spot, automatically syncing with QuickBooks, filling in nominal codes, department, and VAT, reducing manual posting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
