What do you dislike?

As with any product worth it's salt in the monitoring world you'll find a that the price can be cost prohibitive depending on how much you plan on monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our NPM installation allows us to immediately catch when a circuit is having issues. Many times we are able to be alerted and resolve the issue without affecting the end users at the affected location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
