There are many things to like about this software. You can monitor several different types of equipment, Cisco, Windows, and many more. With Kiwi CatTools you can setup a report to ping the device on quarterly intervals or setup a custom time to run the ping report. You can also setup a report to run an environment check and have it sent you an email with the results from all devices. There are several different options to choose from on monitoring and keeping an eye on the equipment. I would recommend this product to all company that have several different locations. the program does tend to lockup and freeze machine that it is installed on. Other than that there is not much to say that is bad about this software. Would recommend that you deploy several instances of this software if you are planning on monitoring more than 170 devices.
